Last week I attended the S.P.F. {skin.party.fashion} event at The Spa at Charleston Place — a poolside fashion show styled by some of Charleston’s most fashionable people. The venue for the show was awesome, I got to see some of my favorite fashionistas and meet some new ones, and all the proceeds went to cancer research at MUSC, which I absolutely loved. The first thing that came to mind when deciding on my outfit for the event was LWD — Little White Dress. The LWD is quickly becoming as huge as the timeless staple, the LBD, but is a little more seasonally-appropriate than black. If you don’t have a LWD for this summer, invest in one ASAP. I thought this one worked really well for the event because the mesh top felt very swimwear-esque. To top off the look, I went with simple wedges, a mint & gold raffia clutch, gold triangle studs, my favorite bangles, a starfish cuff, and gold rings. Last but not least, I went with bright coral lips and lavender nails. What do you think?
