Okay, is anyone else a serious slave to Loft?! It’s the weirdest thing, guys – every time I go in the store, my last paycheck disappears. On (one of) my last excursions to my local Loft, this dainty little dress was calling my name. I love the contrast of the dark gray with the pale lavender, the midi length, and the flowing material of the skirt. It’s just so feminine and chic, not to mention comfortable! Loft, you’ve done it again.
Styling this frock was pretty much foolproof. Simple accessories, a little bit of gold, and a pop of leopard – and I was good to go. As you probably know by now, my Clare V. clutch goes with pretty much everything (or at least I make it go with everything), and this dress was no exception. I just love how all these colors and textures go together! To tie together the neutral tan hues in the clutch, I finished off the look with my go-to wedges. Last but not least, simple gold jewelry, a statement necklace with peach, gray and lavender hues, and simple black aviators. The sweet jewelry adds to the pretty vibe of the outfit, and the aviators kind of offset it a bit and add to the coolness.
Finishing touches: a loose low bun, subtle nude lips, and soft pink nails. Perfect for a romantic date night out, drinks with girlfriends, or even from work to happy hour. OR a baby shower, which is where I actually wore this, lolz.
