Hi everyone! Welcome (back) to my blog, which you might notice looks a little different. Not only did I redesign my site, but I also CHANGED MY NAME! Say hello to Chlo & Tell, y’all!

This redesign has been something I’ve been thinking about since the summer of 2015. Yes, seriously. I went back and forth about rebranding, since TopKnots & PolkaDots has been so near and dear to my heart, and I just wasn’t sure how a name change would affect my following. After months (okay, years) of weighing the pros and cons, I decided it was now or never!

TopKnots & PolkaDots was created as a way to share styling advice, fun and affordable pieces, and my everyday looks with all of you, and that isn’t going to change. I’m looking forward to sharing much more on Chlo & Tell, and I would love to hear any requests y’all might have for me. Think how much we all used to love show & tell in kindergarten – it’s going to be a lot like that, but more stylish and hopefully sans apple juice stains on my outfit. Now it’ll just be wine instead.

Thank you to everyone in my corner who has helped me make my redesign goals a reality! First of all, I couldn’t have done it without my wonderful boyfriend/web developer, Will, who spent nights and weekends making my site exactly what I had envisioned. I also want to give a shoutout to my sweet graphic designer friend, Joshua of Clark and Sons, who created my awesome logo and design elements and worked with me to tweak them to perfection. Next, of course the blog would be nothing without the gorgeous photos from my talented friend Kimmie of Kimberly Florence Photography – she went above and beyond for this first batch of new photos, and I’m thrilled to continue working with her. Finally, to my incredible family and friends who have supported my blog from day one, taken thousands of photos for me (seriously, I’m sorry about that), pushed me to finally go through with my redesign, and encouraged me along the way. I mean, not just anyone will use an entire eight hour car ride to brainstorm new blog names (lookin’ at you, Jordie). It’s such a cliché but it really does take a village – even for something seemingly tiny like a blog redesign that still has a lot more room to grow! – and I’m so glad each and every one of you are part of mine.

And as always, thank all of YOU for following along as I continue growing this blog to something I’ve been dreaming of since I created it 5(!) years ago. During this time I’ve accumulated a group of followers that offer great advice, appreciate my weirdness, throw me a double-tap even on a bad hair day, and support me until the end. I truly love this little community and I can’t wait for what’s to come!
