For the finale night of Charleston Fashion Week, you need a finale outfit to go out with a bang. Right when I saw this Milly dress from Finicky Filly, I knew I had to wear it. The fun shape, full skirt, and midi length all had me at hello, but what really sealed the deal for me is the scuba-esque mesh fabric. It gave this fancy frock a cool, laid-back vibe so I didn’t feel too overdressed, and really edged up the princess vibe. Although I’m a big fan of the midi length of this dress, it’s something I usually avoid like the plague due to my height (or lack thereof). However, the shorter lining underneath allows you to see more leg, thus eliminating the oompa loompa effect.

This pretty little take on the classic LBD allowed for some major accessories, which I really had fun with. I played up the girlie vibe of the dress with some vibrant colors, spring prints, and some sparkles (because obviously). Right away I knew I needed to belt this dress to break things up and give me my waist back, so I got sassy with a skinny gold glitter belt. I kept up the cuteness with some heels that feature two of my favorite prints, floral and stripes…put together. Am I dreaming? As for accessories, I chose a feminine Tory Burch crossbody, bright green earrings from Moon & Lola to pick up some of the green in my heels, and a dainty gold ring also courtesy of Moon & Lola. To top it all off, I went with neon pink lips to really pop against the earrings, gold nails, and a high ponytail.
