It’s that time of year again, folks — the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here, and so are my favorites! People either love or hate this sale, and I probably fall somewhere in the middle. In recent years Nordstrom transitioned to a tiered system so their best customers get to shop first, which totally makes sense but is also kind of annoying. On one hand bigger spenders should get rewarded, but these days by the time it trickles down to us plebeians 😅, a lot is already sold out. Today the sale opens up to everyone with ‘Influencer’ status (the lowest spending tier), which includes me and a lot of you, so I wanted to share a bit with those of y’all interested in shopping!
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Nordstrom, love the perks of having a card there, love their customer service, love it all. When I go to buy something I literally always check to see if Nordstrom has it first, because 1) I get the points on my card, and 2) their return policy and overall user experience is just unparalleled in my opinion. But unfortunately I think the sale has declined a bit over the years, both in quality of the options and quality of certain items themselves. So this year I scaled down my coverage a bit since I didn’t find as many pieces I loved, and also since blogger coverage of the sale is pretty oversaturated (to say the least, lol). I did find a few things that I really liked and purchased this morning, so I thought I’d share my favorites with you!
